Using our Buyer’s agent service costs you nothing. We do not charge for our services, in some states and some cases agents do charge buyers.

Typically the Seller has a contract to pay a commission to the Listing agent upon the sale of the property and the Buyer’s Agent receives half of the commission from the Listing agent. If you decide to represent yourself you are not saving money by not using a Buyer’s agent. The listing agent typically receives the full commission and you are not represented!

The Listing agent’s fiduciary responsibilities are to first and foremost represent the Seller of the property and try and obtain the highest price for the property. If you negotiate directly through the listing agent you are not saving money. Their duty is to obtain the highest price for the Seller.

By using us as a Buyers agent you will be represented by a licensed Realtor. We will guide you throughout the home buying process. We will negotiate and provide you with information throughout the entire home buying process. Furthermore all of your information that you share will be kept in strict confidence. We will work on your behalf solely to obtain the best possible price for your home purchase.
