I am a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and the Greenwich Board of Realtors. Living in Stamford and Greenwich for the past 18 years has given me a great understanding of the area. From North Stamford to Back Country Greenwich, I know lower Fairfield County. I will send you sales reports of homes sold and create reports so you can get a sense of our current Real Estate market, what is selling, days on the market and prices asked vs. prices sold.

I attend weekly broker open houses and follow the real estate market
closely, reading detailed real estate reports daily, new listings, solds and reduced properties. I know the properties that are "in the market" (priced well) vs. just sitting on the market (and unrealistically priced). This is a buyers market, properties priced well are selling and sometimes with multiple bids. Many sellers are drastically reducing their homes, and there are some great opportunities.
