Trump Parc in Stamford is the highest residential building in Fairfield County. The glass tower is 34 stories tall, and most units have balconies with great city or water views. This building is situated in a tremendous location in terms of unobstructed views, it is a special offering compared to many of the luxury high-rises in neighboring areas including Manhattan where views are limited in many parts of the building. The views are truly amazing these photos are from a recent
visit.

Even the amenity floor which is located on the first floor above the parking

37 story luxury building will be the tallest building in Stamford. The prices for
a one bedroom condominium start at just under 700k and 3 bedroom condos are offered at over 3 million. The Trump Parc is located in one of the best locations in Central downtown Stamford a short walk to the Metro North Station.

Trump Parc Approved with Modifications

The Stamford Zoning Board approved the redesigned Trump Parc condominium tower November 13th . The Trump Parc Stamford Building will have a sleek contemporary design and house 170 condominium in a 350-foot glass tower. This is a collaborative venture with developers Thomas Rich or the F. D. Rich Co., Louis Capelin of Capelin Enterprises and Donald Trump.

The site for proposed Trump Parc condominium tower in Stamford is on a half acre parcel next to the Target department store on the corner of Broad and Washington Boulevard.

In order to meet building height requirements, the developers made changes in the building including having one level of underground parking and changing to a valet parking system.

One of the great aspects of the location is that it is within walking distance to the Stamford Metro North train station and a short walk to both UBS and the future headquarters of RBS. This is one of the best locations in Stamford for NYC commuters.

The building will have 170 units and there will be 6 duplex penthouses. This contemporary building will also offer shared amenities on the 7th floor including a swimming pool, health club, clubroom, library, billiards area and a screening room.

Ground breaking on schedule, Donald Trump attended the ceremony Spring of 2007.Estimated completion date is Spring of 09.
